Bringing with him over forty years business experience and a unique network of business and government contacts, Sergio Jinich is the Chairman of Paragon Management Company. Among his many achievements, Sergio served for 24 years as the Chairman of Grupo COIN in Mexico, an organization that has successfully completed over 500 construction and real estate projects throughout Mexico with an aggregate value of over $1 billion dollars. It was during this time that Sergio also served as President of the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC) for two years, an entity that groups all the construction firms in Mexico and acts as the industry's liaison to the government. At the same time, he acted as the Vice President for Concamin, the umbrella organization for the Mexican private sector. Today, Sergio enjoys a standing of the highest order among the Mexican and San Diegan business communities.

Upon earning his Bachelors of Science, in Civil Engineering, from the National University of Mexico, Sergio completed graduate studies at the National College of Hydraulic Agriculture in Paris, France, and received an Executive MBA from the IPADE in Mexico City, Mexico.

Roberto Jinich, co-founder of Paragon, has over seventeen years of experience carrying out and managing real estate investments, including development, acquisition, property management, construction, real estate finance and corporate governance. Since founding Paragon, Roberto has played an integral role in assembling a multimillion-dollar portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial properties, as well as a wide range of for sale residential and land developments.

Roberto is primarily responsible for investment decisions, assembling the capital structure of new investments and for investor relations.

His background also includes founding ICRA, a real estate development firm that specialized in middle-income housing. During the mid 1990's Roberto served as CEO for the Mexican construction company, La Nacional, where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, business development and strategic planning. La Nacional had annual sales of over $100 million during that period. In 1998, Roberto moved from Mexico City to San Diego and started Paragon.

Roberto has a Bachelors of Science, from Boston University in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Construction Management. He is a member of the Educational Council of MIT and is President of the Board of Trustees of the San Diego Jewish Academy in San Diego.

Ricardo Jinich is a co-founder of Paragon. Since the Company's inception in 1998, Ricardo has played a key role in the acquisition and management of over $300 million worth of real estate investments. His expertise includes sourcing, analyzing, structuring and managing investment opportunities for Paragon. His experience in real estate transactions includes multifamily, retail and industrial properties, as well as commercial and residential development opportunities. He currently oversees the asset management of 2,500 multi-family units, the development of over 3 million square feet of industrial space, and manages the acquisition and disposition of all of Paragon’s investments.

Prior to founding Paragon, Ricardo was Managing Director of La Nacional where he managed daily operations and supervised simultaneously multi-million dollar construction projects for one of Mexico's largest infrastructure construction companies.

Ricardo received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and his Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is the Chairman of the East Otay Property Owner’s Association.

Dan is the Director of Acquisitions and Development at Paragon. Since 2006 he has been responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing real estate investments and developments for the firm.

Dan has developed and maintains key relationships with top commercial brokers throughout the Western US and has leveraged Paragon's strength as a buyer to source unique opportunities for investors. During his tenure at Paragon he has been involved in the acquisition/disposition of over 2,000 apartment units, 400,000 square feet of retail space, 3 million square feet of industrial development and over 500 residential lots. Dan manages the development of over 300 acres of industrial and residential property for Paragon.

Prior to joining Paragon, Dan worked as an Acquisitions Manager for The Olson Company where he aided in the acquisition of $125 Million Dollars of property resulting in over $500 Million Dollars of revenue to the company.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and has a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. Dan has held memberships in the Urban Land Institute, the Building Industry Association, NAIOP, ICSC, and holds a California Real Estate Brokers license. He currently sits on the Residential Real Estate Committee of the Policy Advisory Board at the University of San Diego and was the Co-Founder/Former Chair of USD Real Estate Alumni Association.

Amy joined Paragon in 2007 as its CFO and Controller. Prior to joining Paragon, Amy worked for a CPA firm in San Diego, California for several years performing various accounting, auditing, and tax services.

Amy is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting for Paragon and Paragon managed investments. She works with Paragon's third party management companies to ensure accurate financial reporting at the property level. This includes cash flow management for the investments.

Amy is responsible for the asset management of Paragon's retail investments as well as for some multifamily properties. At the end of each year Amy is responsible for pulling together the financial information from various sources and working with Paragon's outside accountants to prepare tax returns and audits. She is responsible for managing all the real estate ownership entities and investment vehicles. In addition, Amy is in charge of reviewing and preparing budgets for Paragon and Paragon managed investments as well as defining and implementing Paragon's insurance strategies.

Amy manages all the banking relationships and plays a key role in investor relations and reporting.

Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. Amy is a member of the California Society of CPA's.
